Men's Boxing Gloves & Combat Training Gear

Boxing gloves are sized by ounce weight, not S/M/L, and getting it wrong matters more than with regular clothing sizing. Our gloves run in the weights used for bag work and sparring. Heavier gloves add wrist protection and slow your hands slightly -- exactly what you want for pad and bag sessions. Lighter gloves suit technique-focused sparring instead. Gloves alone aren't the full kit though: hand wraps go on underneath to protect your knuckles and wrist joint. See the complete combat setup, including shin pads and ankle guards for kickboxing or Muay Thai, in our accessories range. If cycling or padel is more your sport, our men's activities collection covers the same fabric logic across disciplines.

Frequently Asked Questions:

For bag work and pad sessions, heavier gloves (14-16oz) add wrist protection and slow your punches slightly -- useful for building technique under control. For light technical sparring, lighter gloves (10-12oz) let you feel your hits more precisely. Beginners doing mostly bag work should start heavier, not lighter. The extra padding protects your hands while you're still learning form.
Yes. Gloves alone don't stabilise your wrist or protect your knuckle joints the way wraps do. Wraps go on first, underneath the glove, and are what actually prevent wrist injuries that padding alone can't stop. Find them alongside gloves in our accessories collection. Don't skip them even for short bag sessions.
Boxing uses gloves and hand wraps only. Muay Thai and kickboxing add shin guards and ankle guards since kicks are part of the sport. Our accessories range covers all of it. Training both disciplines means you need the full set, not just gloves.
Snug enough that your fist doesn't slide inside on contact, with a little room to fully close your hand. If your fingertips touch the end of the glove when your fist is closed, size up. A too-small glove concentrates impact instead of spreading it.
